USB Outlet With Switch, Black
This is a handy addition will provide an extra charging port
anywhere needed (I added one inside my tank-bag). Adding a USB socket
will
allow you plug in any USB power accessory. For those long days on the
road, having your phone charging while you listen to music, you don't
have to worry about being left without battery power in case of
emergency.
The USB on-board socket (up to 2.1A) converts the input voltage
from 12V to USB standard 5V. The housing (IPX3 protection) with 1.5 m
connection cable and battery cable lugs allows flexible installation on
the handlebar or pipe frame with cable ties. Unlike comparable sockets, a
spring flap lid is mounted, which closes firmly when not in use, or
rests against the inserted USB plug when in use.
The integrated on / off switch provides the shutdown of the USB socket after use, thus preventing the permanent power consumption. The switch-on state is acknowledged with the integrated operating LED.
