Terms of Service
Payment:
We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express credit cards, bank transfers and PayPal* payments for all orders. We may accept pre-payment via check or money order. International customers who pay by credit card and have their orders shipped outside of North America must have their orders shipped to the billing address of the credit card used. *We can only accept payment via PayPal from "Verified" PayPal members whose account draws the funds from a bank account or their PayPal account. We can only ship to the "Confirmed" billing address.
Shipping:
We ship orders via Fedex, UPS or USPS at our discretion. You may request that a signature be required on delivery.
Shipping costs calculated by our website may not always be accurate. Should the actual shipping price vary from the original order placed by you, we reserve the right to contact you before shipping, and obtain your consent to any adjusted shipping price. Should you not agree, you can cancel your order at that point. International customers please note that you are responsible for all duties, taxes, or other fees incurred by importing your item(s). Once your item has been given to the shipper we can no longer be responsible for your order. Product title passes to you once the item is shipped. We will supply you with proof of shipping if required. We cannot guarantee delivery time.
Shipping Damage:
All goods are carefully packaged and in good condition when shipped. If your item(s) arrive damaged, you need to make a claim directly with Fedex, UPS or USPS or the freight forwarder used. To contact Fedex: 1-800-463-3339 or www.fedex.com; UPS: 1-800-PICK-UPS or www.ups.com; USPS: 1-800-222-1811 or www.usps.com.
Backorders:
Due to the fact that most of our items are manufactured in limited quantities and are imported from Europe, a back-order situation may occur from time to time. Unless otherwise requested, if one of the products in a multi-item order is not available, but an order containing available items can be fulfilled within five (5) business days, we will hold the order until it is complete. If the unavailable item will take longer than five (5) business days to obtain, we will ship the partial order and follow up with the backorder as soon as it becomes available free of charge. If you require expedited shipping, additional shipping charges may apply. We will keep you informed of the status of any backorders and you may cancel the backorder at any time prior to shipping.
Warranty:
All items purchased from boxer2valve.com are guaranteed to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of twelve months from the date of purchase. Should you encounter a defective item, please email us a description of the defect and attach images of the item clearly showing the defect. A copy of the original sales receipt may be requested. We will contact you with the next course of action. We reserve to right to repair any defective item at our discretion. No labor costs incurred by you while replacing a defective item will be considered for refund or credit to your account. For warranty consideration outside of the 12 month period, contact support and if the claim is deemed reasonable, we will present it to the manufacturer for possible consideration.

We reserve the right to change product descriptions, prices, specifications and model applications with no further obligation. Due to ongoing changes by our European manufacturers, including but not limited to design improvements, images in the catalog or on our web site do not necessarily depict the actual product that you will receive.

Governing Law; Arbitration.
The terms of this Agreement are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, U.S.A., without regard to its principles of conflicts of law, and regardless of your location. EXCEPT FOR DISPUTES THAT QUALIFY FOR SMALL CLAIMS COURT, ALL DISPUTES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THIS AGREEMENT OR ANY ASPECT OF THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN YOU AND BOXER2VALVE.COM, WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT, STATUTE, FRAUD, MISREPRESENTATION OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, WILL BE RESOLVED THROUGH FINAL AND BINDING ARBITRATION BEFORE A NEUTRAL ARBITRATOR INSTEAD OF IN A COURT BY A JUDGE OR JURY AND YOU AGREE THAT boxer2valve.com AND YOU ARE EACH WAIVING THE RIGHT TO TRIAL BY A JURY. YOU AGREE THAT ANY ARBITRATION UNDER THIS AGREEMENT WILL TAKE PLACE ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS; CLASS ARBITRATIONS AND CLASS ACTIONS ARE NOT PERMITTED AND YOU AGREE TO GIVE UP THE ABILITY TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION. The arbitration will be administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules and Supplementary Procedures for Consumer-Related Disputes ("Supplementary Procedures"), as amended by this Agreement. The Supplementary Procedures are available online at http://www.adr.org/aaa/ShowPDF?doc=ADRSTG_015820. The arbitrator will conduct hearings, if any, by teleconference or videoconference, rather than by personal appearances, unless the arbitrator determines upon request by you or by us that an in-person hearing is appropriate. Any in-person appearances will be held at a location which is reasonably convenient to both parties with due consideration of their ability to travel and other pertinent circumstances. If the parties are unable to agree on a location, such determination should be made by the AAA or by the arbitrator. The arbitrator's decision will follow the terms of this Agreement and will be final and binding. The arbitrator will have authority to award temporary, interim or permanent injunctive relief or relief providing for specific performance of this Agreement, but only to the extent necessary to provide relief warranted by the individual claim before the arbitrator. The award rendered by the arbitrator may be confirmed and enforced in any court having jurisdiction thereof. Notwithstanding any of the foregoing, nothing in this Agreement will preclude you from bringing issues to the attention of federal, state or local agencies and, if the law allows, they can seek relief against us for you.
