Swing Arm Boot, Paralever Models

When BMW introduced the Paralever on the R100 GS, they apparently determined that the existing swing arm boot would fit, and decided to use it. The original BMW boot does indeed fit, but if you have ever tried to intsall one on a Paralever model, you will know that it can be a challenge to put the boot on the swingarm and have it stay on long enough to install the clamp. The paralever swingarm is much larger than the other swingarm designs, and it's quite a stretch for the boot.

This is an improved version of the final drive boot, especially designed for the Paralever models. It is made of a thicker rubber than the original, and it features a raised lip on the inside that will keep the boot in place while you are sorting out the clamps. The recesses for the clamps are also wider and more pronounced compared to the original.
