Well made, but....

This battery tray is a quality, well made product. However, I purchased this battery tray for an R100 project bike where I am using a Shorai lithium battery. Even though the lithium battery is smaller and lighter than the stock battery it is still too large front to back to fit in the tray. I will modify the tray to accept the battery. If you are considering this battery tray for a similar purpose you may need to modify it as well.
