Points with short wire

This points set fits 1979 and 1980 models only. This is for the ignition system with points inside of the canister.

Tip: The easiest way to set the points gap on these models is to remove the canister. Then you can clean everything and you'll have better access to the points. While you are at it, replace the O-Ring and condenser. Once the points are set at 0.4mm reinstall the container and set the timing.
