Plastic M6 Nut

This nut has different applications on various BMW models:

• Fuel Tank attachment: Replacement for the often broken, worn or missing nuts that secure the Fuel Tank at the rear. Early models had wing nuts, but these can also be used to replace those.
• Battery Hold Down: On 1974 through 1984 R models these nuts are used to secure the battery on most models except R65, R80 G/S and R80 ST.
• Tail Light Attachment: These nuts are used to secure the tail light assembly on the following models: R1100 RT, R1100 RS, R1150 RT, R1150 RS
