This puller is designed to be used in conjunction with part number 6461222 and it is the absolute best way to remove the outer swing arm bearing races from the swing arm of a BMW motorcycle without doing any damage.This is also the correct puller for the wheel bearings of front wheels from /6 through 1984.
This is the same tool sold by BMW to workshops around the world and it is the equivalent of the BMW factory special tool.
This tool works on models from /5 through 1980 model year.
