Ignition Switch/Light Cover

Here is a perfect and improved reproduction of the tell-tale light/ignition switch cover that is no longer available from BMW. Now you can replace that worn out cover with a new part and again have crisp light labeling and a snug fit.

The original cover is only held in place with three plastic tabs and even when new, these covers often have a loose fit and rattle. This improved cover also has those tabs but in addition, the opening for the ignition switch has a molded in flange. When you tighten the ring nut for the ignition switch, tension is placed on the flange and so the cover becomes one with the entire assembly. The fit is perfect and the looseness and rattle is gone! This is a faithful reproduction of BMW part number 62 21 1 244 755 ( 62211244755 ) with an important detail improvement!
