If you want to install handlebar end mirrors or turn signals, the end will need to be removed on closed end grips. A knife or razor blade only seldom gives truly acceptable results, as it's very difficult to slice a perfect round hole.

This punch set is the answer and it allows a perfect round hole to be cut into the end of the grip every time. The tools are made of hardened steel and work on 22mm, 7/8" and 1" handlebar grips..

Set consists of:

• Punch 22mm ( 7/8")
• Hole punch 25.4 mm ( 1")
• Striker

Screw the striker to the appropriate cutter. Lubricate with a bit of dishwashing soap and insert the cutter all the way into the grip. Place the grip vertically onto a piece of wood with the closed end down. A well placed smack or two with your favorite hammer and you have a perfect, open ended grip.
