Install was pretty straightforward once I took the starter cover off. The part fit perfectly.

Honestly, I had forgotten that this grill was (supposed to be) there, which could explain the nest I found a few years back when I removed the airbox after an extended barn stay. I found that it was easier to replace this grill with the hood removed from the starter cover so there was more flexibility in the rubber hood. If you are missing this item, and are taking the starter cover off for any reason, it is an easy fix, and I am glad the R90/6 video pointed it out. Thanks!
