Foot gear change lever GS with roller
The Siebenrock gear change lever with roller bearing made from matte finished aluminum alloy does not only look noble but it also enables an easier and boot-conserving gear change. Furthermore it is rugged and doesn't wear contrary to the original rubber. Therefore the first choice for all riders of a G/S, 2-valve GS or R 80 ST looking for an elegant and meaningful replacement of their chunky original lever. Foot Lever is Adjustable in three positions (Pictured in the center position)
Made in Germany - top Siebenrock quality.
Also available in short version for riders with smaller feet. See the Related Products.

Replacing the original stock gear shift lever only takes about 5 minutes There are inherent design flaws with this item my bike is stock I have not modified the frame nor any other details that would affect the performance of this lever There are two settings available on the lever to attach to the linkage the stock location is the most forward to the Pivot Point This position was tried first The lever has a screw cap that attaches the Allen screw that holds the roller bearing shift knob in place This cap creates an interference with the nut that is part of the lower motorcycle frame This design should never allow that to happen had they done any kind of product testing Adjusting the linkage position to the AFT hole creates a worse condition then forward hole for the lever Unfortunately testing while I'm the center stand does not seem to be present the problem Only while riding do you realize you cannot shift into first gear because the frame nut creates an obstruction In attempting to shift into first the aluminum lever twisted and now has a slight Bend and twist creating an even worse case scenario Not well-designed not strong poor product testing if ant I will be requesting a refund and a replacement Every time I've ridden since I've used it I have problems
