FERTAN - Cavity Protection Wax 1 liter
FERTAN Wax Cavity Protection has been developed for the preservation of wax-based motorcycle cavities:
- For the pre-treatment of cavities, rust should always be removed first with the product FERTAN Rust Converter to remove existing corrosion.
- FERTAN Cavity Protection Wax meets the high requirements of the automotive and motorcycle industries for cavity protection, also with regard to processing and environmental protection requirements.
- After application, the product forms a transparent layer which is only dry on the surface and provides excellent and long-lasting protection against rust and corrosion.
- Finally, protect permanently with FERTAN Cavity Protection Wax. The homogeneous protective layer of the wax remains elastic for years, small cracks, e.g. due to body twisting, close automatically and the optimum protection is permanently maintained. There is no dissolution or detachment of the protective layer, e.g. by solvents or cleaning agents.

Note: After derusting and before the application of Cavity Protection Wax, pre-treat the weld seams and sheet metal overlaps with a layer of PREWAX Pre-treatment Wax, a seam penetrating protective wax with extreme creeping properties. Then apply cavity protection wax in several thin layers, staggered by 12-48 hours to compensate for shrinkage cracks.
