If your caliper is a 40mm, the caliper will have a "40" stamped on it. Models up to 09/80.
This kit applies to ONE single caliper rebuild.

My brakes were dragging bad.Ordered all the parts to rebuild.When I dissembled the calipers the left piston was seized up.lucky for me the caliper wasn't damaged.Put it all back together and the brakes work beautiful now.Excellent parts

With the piston sticking in one caliper on my 1977 R100S, I ordered boxer2valve’s repair kit consisting of a new piston, seal and dust seal. With the caliper bore undamaged and the correct parts, it was a quick and easy repair job.
