Battery Hold Down Nut, Stainless
Stainless
steel knurled battery hold down nut. BMW originally produced wing-nuts
for this application, but discontinued production of replacements.
Boxer2Valve was not satisfied with plastic versions that most companies
were offering as an option. So, we sourced a high quality stainless
version that will be stronger, more secure, and last the entirety of
your bike's life on the road.

Do we need an overbuilt hand accessible nut to remove your gas tank? Maybe not, but when you want to get access to your brake reservoir or your new electrics in the dark, it is much nicer than struggling with the wrench or other small parts issues.
